Fender Pro Junior Amp Review
I love this tube amplifier. A Fender Pro Junior is a 1x10, 15-watt, all-tube amplifier. The size of the amp makes it perfect for playing at home. The simple controls, tone, and volume make it great for a beginner to use. But even more important is that it has a great tone. Bigger does not always mean better. In the case of amplifiers, I think this is absolutely true.
Sometime in the future, I might buy a 2x12 cabinet and hook it up to this amp. I am sure it would push plenty of air and sound even better. But I loved the tone of this amp so much that I ended up with two of them! Sometimes, I play them both together using my Danelectro Cool Cat Chorus (see below) to get a stereo effect. Very cool.
