Fearless Change: Patterns for Introducing New Ideas by Mary Lynn Manns and Linda Rising provides the reader with tested patterns which can be used to bring about organizational, governance, process or cultural change to any organization. The authors worked with a number of organizations to insure the patterns described in the book would be appropriate for almost any type of organization where change is being managed.

I found as I read the book that many of the techniques I have used in the past were already well known patterns. For me this increased my confidence in the methods I have used to bring about change.
